Viet Anh has a new chef
I went back to the Viet Anh Cafe on Saturday. The chef has changed and the stock is now anything but week. I'd say it has gone up to a three maybe even and three and a half, but I need to take my partner in crime back to give a new 'official' rating and take some photos.
